The client, a high growth (+23% sales per year) restaurant franchise operator employing over 5 000 people in Europe, was faced with high employee turnover. One of the main challenge was to make sure they have a strong pipeline of leaders ready to deliver their ambitious growth plans. 16 high potential employees were selected for a 9 months transformational leadership program that included 6 days in-class training, peer-coaching, coaching, mentoring, and a business project to address a real business challenge.
The program was structured on 3 dimensions: leading self, leading teams and leading business.
